This policy explains when a refund is available, how much may be refunded, and how to request one. Refund eligibility is determined based on the candidate's course consumption, measured through IP usage and course progress tracking. Each time a student accesses course content, our platform records the lessons, videos, or sessions opened and calculates the proportion of the course consumed. This is corroborated by IP usage data, which confirms when content was accessed. Together these records provide an objective, consistent basis for evaluating refund requests, and they are applied uniformly across all students.

- Students may apply for a full refund at any point prior to the start of the course.
Because no instruction has been delivered and no content consumed before the start date, students who cancel in this window receive a full refund, subject only to the non-refundable charges in Section 6 and applicable taxes.

Once the course has begun, refunds are generally not provided except in exceptional cases. Requests are reviewed in good faith according to the rules below, which depend on the type of course enrolled in. Approved refunds are processed within 45 days of the request, after any applicable processing fees and non-refundable charges are deducted.
4.1 Self-Paced / On-Demand Courses — The 15-Minute Rule
- Within the first 15 minutes of consumption: the candidate remains eligible for a refund, as only a minimal portion of content has been accessed.
- After 15 minutes of consumption: no refund will be provided (0%). Candidates who have consumed 15 minutes or more are deemed to have meaningfully accessed the course and are not eligible for any refund, regardless of time elapsed since purchase.
The 15-minute threshold is measured cumulatively across all sessions and devices, based on recorded course progress and corroborated by IP usage data.
4.2 Live / Instructor-Led Courses — Tiered Eligibility
- Within the first week and having attended two or fewer sessions (≤ 5% of the course): 50% refund.
- After the first week with two or fewer sessions attended: 20% refund.
- After two weeks from the course start: 10% refund of the amount paid.
- After one month with no course content accessed: no refund, even if only a few sessions have been conducted.
- More than 10% of content accessed (over a period of more than one month): no refund, regardless of how long it has been since the course began.

Certain charges are non-refundable even where a refund is otherwise due. These include registration fees, administrative fees incurred during admission, and any third-party processing or transaction fees. Such charges reflect costs incurred at the point of enrollment and are deducted from any refund issued.

- Include your full name, enrollment details, course name, and the reason for the request.
- Our team reviews the request against this policy and the recorded course-consumption data.
- You receive a written decision; approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 45 days of approval.
8. Important Notes
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing; verbal requests cannot be processed.
- Any refunds issued will adhere to all applicable tax regulations, and non-recoverable taxes may be deducted.
- Each request is evaluated individually to ensure compliance with this policy and the principle of fairness.
- Course-consumption data — IP usage and recorded progress — is authoritative for determining eligibility.
- Granting a refund in one instance does not establish a precedent for any other request.
